Bazaar: Vendor Booth Rental Agreement
Thank you for your interest in being a part of a fantastic event hosted by the Muslim Association of Canada – The annual Eid Festival that will take place on March 22nd 2026. You will find this experience as a vendor to be an exciting bazaar to be rewarding and fruitful to your business and its marketing potential.
We welcome all businesses of all types. Books, shoes, clothing, jewellery, and other goods unique to your business. We value your participation and contribution in the success of this event and towards a satisfying Eid for the Muslim community in Montreal and beyond its borders.

Non-refundable Booth Rental Fee
a. Your business will be assigned a booth location by MAC Eid Festival staff.
b. No changes can be made to your location after assignment
c. More than one booth – booths might be separated, you must have an appropriate number of staff/business representatives present
Bazar Policies
1. No food items cooked or baked may be sold
2. No collection of donations for events or organizations is allowed
3. No toy guns, swords, or any other product that resembles a weapon of any type (as deemed by the EID Organizers) can be sold
4. No merchandise considered un-islamic by the EID Organizers may be sold
5. A booth may not be resold to another vendor. Doing so can result in both yourself and the other vendor being excused from the event
6. You may not bring, and setup tables not provided by the EID Festival
7. You may not setup merchandise in such a way that blocks aisles (passageway) and emergency exits or display the merchandise in such a fashion that hinders the display of other vendors
8. You will only setup merchandise on the table and the designated area allocated to you
9. The EID Committee is not responsible for any stolen goods before, during, or after the event
10. Vendors are expected to shut down and clean up at 8:00 pm. Allocated areas should be cleaned up appropriately or the EID Committee reserves the right to apply any clean up charges. You will be required to exit the location by 8:45 pm.
11. The EID Committee reserves the right of cancellation
12. The EID Committee reserves the right to apply a cancellation fee of $50 per table. Cancellation will not be accepted the day of Eid under any circumstances.
13. If any of the above contract agreements are breached or any un islamic or unprofessional behavior tables place, the EID Committee reserves the right to excuse you from the bazaar.
