We all continue to be affected the by the Court Trials for the #OurLondonFamily murder case, and the brutal and senseless way in which we lost our brother and sisters.  Please register below for this support group where we can come together and find support and healing.  This present support group is for those 18 years or older, and inshallah further sessions for younger groups will be arranged.  This event is in collaboration between MRCSSI and MAC London.

Support Group Housekeeping Rules

1. This support group is intended to be a safe space to discuss topics surrounding the trial and Our London Family in an attempt to promote healing and connection within our community. We’d like to remind attendees that this is a support group which is different than a therapy group.
2. The aim is to provide attendees with an opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences. We ask that attendees respect each others’ sentiments and allow time for others to share.
3. The group facilitator may redirect the conversation at some points in order to keep the support group on track with the goal of what is intended to be discussed and to maintain a safe space for sharing.
4. We highly encourage individuals who are experiencing a high level of distress to please seek individual therapy from a qualified mental health professional. Services are being offered through MRC.
